Allison is a Product Manager for ClickDimensions and has been with the company since 2011. She began as a Marketing Success Manager where she taught the solution to customers and partners. She then became a Team Lead of the Marketing Success Managers before becoming a Product Manager. Throughout this she has conducted many training sessions covering ClickDimensions usage and certification.

Barkley Busby    CMO & Co-Founder, 2B Solutions

Barkley co-founded 2B Solutions in 2003 and currently serves as Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. She is responsible for the marketing and sales efforts of both company divisions, Client Solutions and Emerging Solutions.

Ben Schultz has been deeply engaged with cloud based internet technologies @ scale for the past 14 years. In his current role, Principal Engineering Manager, at Microsoft Ben leads several Site Reliability Engineering teams to ensure Availability, Reliability and Performance of Dynamics cloud services. Ben spends his time split between in-market service optimization and in pre-release design and architecture. Prior to working in Dynamics, Ben was part of the Microsoft Consumer focused business operating large portions of Windows Live. Prior to Microsoft Ben held an engineering leadership role at Seattles fashion retailer, Nordstrom. Prior to Nordstrom Ben spent 5 years in technical roles at Onvia.com a Seattle based startup. Bob Stutz brings more than 20 years of business applications development experience to Microsoft Corp. As corporate vice president of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, he is responsible for defining the long-term strategy and technology direction as well as the development and delivery of on-premises and cloud versions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM worldwide.

Before joining Microsoft, Stutz was senior vice president and general manager of Business Solutions at HP where he was responsible for business applications for the financial services, communications, airlines and healthcare industries as well as HPs relationship with global partners such as Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. and CapGemini.

Before HP, Stutz was with SAP, where he held several executive roles over five and a half years. Most recently, he was the executive vice president of SAPs Mobile Products Division. During his tenure at SAP, he also led the Premier Customer Network organization and was executive vice president of Industry Solutions Business. Stutz was responsible for building SAPs award-winning CRM 7.0 product. Before SAP, Stutz was group vice president of Engineering at Siebel Systems Inc. and responsible for both horizontal and vertical applications. Before Siebel, he held senior leadership positions with Intrepid Systems and Sybase Inc. Before this he had a 22-year distinguished career in the United States Army.

Stutz is recognized globally as one of the leading experts on CRM. He holds a bachelors degree in government Eastern European studies from the University of Maryland and a masters degree in human resources, organization development, from Chapman University.

Christian Abeln    Snr. Program Manager, Microsoft

Christian Abeln works currently in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM group in Program Management, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics Marketing product.

Since late 2012 Christian has been defining various feature domains in the Microsoft Dynamics Marketing product and marketing features in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Until his graduation as a Master in Electrical Engineering at the University Karlsruhe (KIT) he worked self-employed as a consultant with the early releases of Microsoft Windows. Then after 11 years as an architect, PM, and project lead at a German CRM company Christian joined Microsoft to work on MBF and later in the NAV group. He followed NAV, while mostly contributing on the client side, driving the product from the Navision times into the recent Microsoft Dynamics NAV releases.

Christine Zmuda    CRM Partner Director - US CRM Operating Model Team, Microsoft

Christine Zmuda is currently the US Operating Model Channel Director responsible for the partner engagement and readiness strategy for the US CRM business. In her current role, Christine owns several programs designed to drive industry market penetration and is responsible for the 5 -year partner capacity plan for the US subsidiary. Christine has held several leadership and individual contributor positions in her 17 years at Microsoft. A pioneer at heart, much of her focus has been in early phase businesses at Microsoft. In the late nineties, Christine was one of a small team that brought Microsoft's first software as a service offering. That business is over a $1B business today. Christine went on to lead the Midatlantic Platform business which was a $220M business with the focus of growing the midmarket infrastructure and applications installed base. With a passion for line of business solutions and cloud based businesses, Christine had dedicated a good portion of her career in the Microsoft Dynamics Public Sector business where she led the US Sales team and strategy for government focused ERP and CRM industry solutions. The last position Christine held, before taking her current role, was with Yammer prior to the Microsoft acquisition. In this role, Christine was responsible for standing up the Public Sector business for Yammer.

Prior to Microsoft, Christine worked at Exxon-Mobil. Her last position at Mobil involved working on several technology programs oriented at improving the customer experience like the Mobil Speed Pass, which remains a differentiator for Mobil Oil today.

David Yack is the CTO of Colorado Technology Consultants based in Colorado. He is recognized as a Microsoft Regional Director and a Microsoft MVP. Jurgen Postelmans originally started working as a SQL Server consultant and trainer about 10 years ago at U2U, a local Belgian company. Param Kahlon is an experienced technology and business professional with deep knowledge of CRM, order management, and mobile technologies. Param has 20+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, and new product introduction.
