Nuno Ferreira Pires is 42 years old. He holds a degree in Business Management and began his career at the Iberian division of Procter Gamble (#32 Fortune 500). He worked at Compal (Portuguese market leader in the juices sector) where he created the global innovation Compal Essencial and he was head of innovation and strategic marketing at Central de Cervejas as business unit director, where he doubled the EBITDA of the companys historic water brand, LUSO, in less than 3 years and helped increase the undisputed leadership of the Sagres brand in the highly competitive beer market in Portugal. He was elected best team leader in 2008.

Nuno Ferreira Pires worked at Millennium BCP while studying at university and at MTV Networks Europe in London, where he moved following two years at the Portuguese start-up Oni Way. Pedro Ramalhinho    FastTrack Program Manager, Microsoft

Pedro Ramalhinho works for Microsoft Corporation as a FastTrack Engineer in Microsoft Dynamics 365 product group. Based in Lisbon, Portugal, his role is to engage with customers within the context of the FastTrack for Dynamics 365 Program across the EMEA region to ensure they deploy their systems smoothly and successfully. Pedro has began in Microsoft as a Support Engineer 2 years ago supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM, having later joined the Escalation Team. He has recently joined the FastTrack team. Prior to Microsoft, Pedro has worked for close to 3 years as an IT consultant for a Portuguese partner, working mainly with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Phil Hand    Principal Solutions Architect, Microsoft Corporation

Phil Hand works for Microsoft Corporation as a Solutions Architect in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM product group. Based in the UK, his role is to engage with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Enterprise customers across the EMEA region to ensure customer success and product evolution through customer insights.

Phil has worked for Microsoft for 12 years, holding roles in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM product group and also in Microsoft Consulting Services. Primarily field based, his focus has been on Microsoft Dynamics CRM since V3.0 and he has lead and supported numerous Enterprise customer implementations across Public Sector, Health, Financial Services and Insurance industries. Phil has authored several whitepapers and provided input to SDK tooling focused around Application Lifecycle Management of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.

Prior to Microsoft, Phil spent 8 years as Head of Development for a niche Enterprise Performance Management vendor where he focused on implementing Business Intelligence and Balanced Scorecard solutions to major blue chip clients across the World.

Roger Gilchrist    Program Manager, Microsoft Corporation

Roger Gilchrist works for Microsoft as a Program Manager in the Dynamics CRM product group. His role is to engage with Dynamics CRM Enterprise Customers across the EMEA region.

Roger has been working for Microsoft since 2006, the first 5 years as a Solution Architect in Microsoft Consulting Services in the UK, delivering Enterprise implementations based on Dynamics CRM for EMEA customers in Financial Services, Public Sector and other industries. He has been using Dynamics CRM since v3.0 and is the author of a number of white papers on Dynamics CRM particularly around security modelling, business process modelling and performance optimisation.

Prior to this, Roger worked for Portrait Software (formerly known as AIT) for 10 years, a software supplier of Enterprise CRM software based on the Microsoft technology stack. He was a Solution Architect responsible for delivering CRM solutions to Enterprise customers primarily in Financial Services in Europe, US and Australia.

Ruben Ruiz    Delivery Manager, Bizdirect

Having graduated in Telecommunications and IT engineering, Ruben started his professional career exclusively with Dynamics CRM 6 years ago. During this period, he has worked as a technical consultant and solution architect having later on assumed the role of project manager in several Dynamics CRM implementations and upgrades ranging from version Dynamics CRM 3.0 to Dynamics 365 across industries such as sports, publishing and automotive amongst others. Currently Ruben is Bizdirects Delivery Manager and is responsible for overseeing Bizdirects team of project managers and solution architects.

Prior to joining LinkedIn, Steven gave his 20's to Microsoft - spending 4+ years on the Dynamics CRM team, as well as 2 years within Bing. Steven holds a B.S. in Information Systems, as well as an M.S. in Information Systems Management from Carnegie Mellon University. Outside of work he is a passionate runner, having completed 7 full marathons and countless 5k/8k races. Steven is also a voracious traveller, having lived in 6 countries and visited 40.

Tash Quinn    CRM Solution Consultant , eBECS

Tash has been working with Dynamics for over 10 years, where she enthusiastically implemented many SharePoint/CRM/XRM projects throughout Australia and Asia. She made the move to the UK to further her career to lead the CRM IP and presales solution consultant team at eBECS. eBECS was an early adopter of FieldOne and since Tash joined eBECS she has been fanatical about all things Field and Project Service. Working closely with the RD team at Microsoft since the FieldOne acquisition and with the Project Services Automation team, Tash is keen to share with eXtreme attendees her experiences on selling Field Service.

Tom Patton    Blackbelt, Microsoft

Tom Patton was the Principal Program manager Lead for the initial release of Project Service functionality in Dynamics 365. Since August 2016 he has been in Europe as a Dynamics 365 Blackbelt working with customers and partners to sell and implement Project Service in EMEA. Prior to working in the Dynamics 365 product, Tom spent 12 years as a program manager in Microsoft developer division, Visual Studio, Dynamics AX and working with ISV Partners.

Wim Geukens    Managing Director VeriPark Europe, VeriPark

Wim was born in 1969. He graduated from Louvain University as Master in Information Sciences in 1991 and from Woluwe University as Master in Biomedical Informatics in 1993. He just finished his MBA at Vlerick. In 2003, Wim co-founded Travi@ta, a Consultancy company dedicated exclusively to Microsoft Dynamics CRM and specialized in FSI, that was acquired by RealDolmen in 2013. Wim managed for the last 3 years the new combined CRM Division within RealDolmen that employed over 70 professionals. Wim just started a new venture with VeriPark, the only Microsoft Global ISV for FSI, specialized in multi-channel delivery, CRM and loan origination solutions. Wim became Managing Director of VeriPark Europe, with a focus on Europe excluding the UK and CEE, but including all French Speaking African countries on top (Weca).
