In this session, we will give you a short overview of our Add-Ons in order to show you which functionalities they can add to your Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

We will focus on our Add-Ons TelephoneIntegration and DocumentsCorePack/AutoMerge.

TelephoneIntegration for Microsoft Dynamics CRM connects your phone system (TAPI, Skype, OCS, Lync) with your Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The latest version provides two new features, the “Lync Chat Integration” and the “Predictive Dialing”. We will also take a short look into DocumentsCorePack for Microsoft Dynamics CRM providing extended possibilities to easily generate complex documents with data from CRM. In combination with our new AutoMerge Add-On, you can even generate and process these documents automatically via a workflow or in a one-click-scenario via dialogs.

In a last section, we will provide you with a quick overview of our other Add-ons RecordCounter, PowerSearch, ActivityTools and GroupCalendar.
