The eXtremeCRM 2013 Rome Conference pass includes:

 General Sessions, Opening and Closing Sessions, Keynotes, Partner Reception, and the Expo Village.

The eXtremeCRM 2013 Rome eXecutive Summit pass includes:

 eXecutive Summit Sessions, Opening and Closing Sessions, Keynotes, Partner Reception, and the Expo Village.

eXecutive Summit attendees are also invited to attend all Keynotes and track sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday, 5 - 6 February.

You can register for the eXtremeTraining Academy conference while registering for eXtremeCRM 2013 Rome Conference or the eXecutive Summit.

If you already registered, you can still register for the eXtreme Training Academy.  Go to the registration page, enter your Live ID, and select Update My Contact Information.  On the Contact Information page, there will be a Pre Conference link on the lefthand navigation.

Cancellation Policy

Conference cancellation requests must be submitted by email and sent to registration@extremecrm.com. Cancellation requests must be received on or before midnight, CST Monday, 3 January, 2013 to receive a refund less a €100 service charge. Cancellation requests received after midnight, CST, 3 January, 2013, and event no-shows will be ineligible for a refund. Transfer of the registration fee to the next year is not permitted.

Substitutions

Your registration can be transferred to another attendee by emailing registration@extremecrm.com, prior to midnight CST, Thursday, 18 January, 2013. The substitution request must be received by email for the change to be confirmed.
