Bonnie Robertson has been coaching and guiding entrepreneurs and managers for more than 20 years. She has held various senior management positions corporate communications, finance, organizational development, channel development and strategic planning. In 1986 she founded her own management consulting company which achieved numerous awards for growth and leadership and was one of ten companies in the US awarded a grant from the Small Business Administration to assist business owners.
After selling her consulting companies in 1991, Bonnie led a management consulting practice in a CPA firm and from there moved on to become the Vice President of Organizational and Channel Development for Great Plains Software Company. During her tenure at Great Plains, the company was awarded Fortune magazine’s “100 Best Places to Work” four consecutive times, as well as Arthur Anderson’s Global Best Practice Award for Strategic Leadership. In 2001 Microsoft Corporation purchased Great Plains Software and Bonnie was named the Director Channel Strategies for Microsoft Business Solutions. In 2004 Bonnie formed her own consulting and research company, dedicated to the growth of entrepreneurial companies.
With degrees in social sciences and business education, Bonnie combines her knowledge of human behavior with her experience in various businesses and industries to provide a unique approach to human performance. Bonnie has presented to hundreds of thousands of leaders around the globe on such topics as strategic trends, leadership, communication and building high performance organizations. Her practical approach engages participants in dynamic and energetic learning sessions.
