  • Installation of North52 BPA
  • Understand how to navigate around the North52 BPA solution
  • Understand where to find help
  • Understand the North52 BPA Architecture
  • Understand the anatomy of a formula
  • Hands-on labs for each module

The full-day course will provide candidates with the confidence to build business rules using each of North52 BPA’s 7 modules. Candidates will be equipped with the necessary skills to begin using North52 BPA in real-world projects and take more advanced steps using the wealth of xRM samples and information available on North52’s knowledge base site.

Pre-requisites: Candidates are required to come with a newly provisioned CRM trial instance, with demo data installed. Additionally, questions will be actively encouraged and to ensure you get the most out of the day we ask that candidates prepare a minimum of 3 questions to ask about North52 BPA.
