Microsoft Dynamics 365 is ready for growth with an Extensible Platform. This fast pace course is designed to get you up to speed quickly on Dynamics 365.
 

Students will complete the labs provided in the course to get hands on experience on set up and configuration.

  • Module 1- Introducing Dynamics 365
  • Module 2- App/Site Designers
  • Module 3- Editable Grids
  • Module 4- Business Processes re-imagined
  • Module 5- Extensible App Platform Overview 

Audience

This training is intended for application consultants, technical consultants, architects, and developers with some Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience. This course assumes working knowledge of how to configure and customize prior versions of Dynamics CRM.

At Training Material Completion

After completing this course, you will be able to:

  • Understand Microsoft Dynamics365 and what it offers
  • Use Dynamics 365 App Designer for common scenarios
  • Understand, use and configure the new Business Process Flows using the new Visual process designer
  • Use the Editable Grid feature to replace the existing read only grids as needed
  • Understand how and when to use PowerApps, Flow and the Common Data Model

Prerequisites

This course requires that students meet the following prerequisites:

  • Functional knowledge of common Dynamics 365 use case scenarios

Recommended prerequisite supplemental learning resources:
